Traceless is a security tool that offers advanced threat protection for communication platforms. Their system seamlessly integrates with HaloITSM allowing IT teams to ensure maximum security against phishing, VoiceAI attacks, account takeovers and data exfiltration.

Traceless allows rapid identity verification for end customers via email, SMS, DUO and Microsoft Authenticator. Their data transfer leaves nothing at rest, allowing any team member or customer to effortlessly send or receive text or file data.

The Traceless integration creates a custom tab within the ticket interface, allowing agents to send sensitive information or files to a customer leaving nothing stored in the ticket, or at rest anywhere in our systems.
