Act! ITSM Integration
Act! ITSM integration allows you to synchronise HaloITSM with Act! for CRM and customer information.
For our customers who have been using Act! over the years, will more than likely have lots of data in tabs, store in the Act! database. The Act! ITSM integration allows you to keep HaloITSM synchronised with your Act! database.
If you would rather continue using Act! as a master database for this information, but need integration in your ITSM software, we have the answer all ready for you to use. Based on customer feedback, our Act! ITSM integration assists in smoothing the transition to HaloITSM long term.
Display tabs from Act! as tabs in our HaloITSM program, and it comes equipped with an auto data synchronisation. Whilst HaloITSM has a great CRM database, stay with Act! whilst you migrate.
- Migrate to HaloITSM knowing that you can integrate with act!
- Display all of the tabs from act! in HaloITSM to refer to, as necessary.
- Once integrated, use auto data sync to keep HaloITSM updated with the latest info.
