Halo’s Engagement

Since 1994, Halo has offered solutions that enable organisations to deliver the service they aspire to offer. During this time, Halo has worked with numerous charities including ‘Ambitious about Autism’ and in order to provide a helping hand, we offer a 15% discount to all charities, educational institutions and non-profit organisations. One project that stands out to us is that of NETfriends, a directory of services available for anyone in desperate need of assistance or aid, where we helped them get the ball rolling with HaloITSM. Furthermore, Halo and its employees have organised and taken part in numerous fundraisers, raising money for charities across the globe. Our most recent fundraiser, which took place in September 2021, involved twenty-one of our employees travelling to Scotland and hiking the iconic Scottish Mountain, Ben Nevis, for Crohn’s & Colitis UK. In total, we managed to raise a sum of £2,785.

In addition to these projects and fundraisers, we are part of a group called ‘Charity IT Leaders‘. This involves attending events such as its annual conference where IT leaders within the charity and not-for-profit-sectors, have the opportunity to come together, network and learn from keynote speakers.

Fundraising

Having a positive impact on our community and planet overall is very important to us as an organisation. Each year, we organise a ‘Charity Day’ where we raise money for a charity close to our hearts.

Over the years, we have worked with numerous charities across the globe including ‘RSPCA’, ‘Sightsavers’, ‘Ambitious about Autism’, ‘Crohns & Colitis UK’ and many more. In order to provide a helping hand, we offer a 15% discount on our software to all charities, educational institutions and non-profit organisations
