Example All You Can Eat Agreement Client
In this lesson we will cover:
- An Example on how to set up an agreement for a customer who has an all you can eat agreement
In this example we will run through the setup for a customer who has an all you can eat agreement. This means that they can use the service desk as much as they want and they will not be charged for any labour because they pay a periodic invoice for the services they will use.
Fig 1. Unlimited Hours Per Period Agreement
If required you can have a recurring invoice attached to the agreement, this is where the customer will have a periodic invoice generated based on the recurring billing schedule you set up. Next Call Date is explained in this guide.
Fig 2. Recurring Invoice from the Agreement
The next stage is to tell the system to allocate all time against the unlimited agreement you have set up. Because they will be charged the yearly amount, you want to tell the system they are not going to be charged for any billable labour.
Fig 3. Allocating all billable time against the agreement under Billing Rules
With this setup in place the time set against actions on tickets will be consumed by the agreement every time.
