Integrate PRTG with ITSM Software

With HaloITSM’s new PRTG Network Monitor integration, stay on top of ITIL Event Management by ingesting alerts from PRTG and creating them as tickets to be actioned in HaloITSM. In addition, synchronise and pull assets from PRTG directly into HaloITSM. Mappings can be configured and enabled to occur on a recurring basis.

Overview of the PRTG with ITSM software integration

• Ingest alerts from PRTG and create them as tickets to be actioned.
• Import asset information from PRTG to HaloITSM.
• Import asset information from PRTG to HaloITSM on a scheduled sync.
• Allow you to control which fields of information from PRTG map onto which HaloITSM asset level fields.
