With HaloITSM’s new SolarWinds Orion integration, trigger and reset actions can be configured for alerts in SolarWinds Orion to automatically create and resolve tickets via the Halo API. Trigger actions can automatically assign tickets to the team and technician of your choice, set the priority of the ticket, and also link an asset to the ticket.
