- Click to view the Asset record in SCCM from HaloITSM, with all the rich data you need to support the devices.
- Take control of the asset with a connectivity button in HaloITSM that links to the asset directly, using credentials you specify.
- Allow the two to handle all the administration, so you can get on with the task in hand, and record your findings quickly.
All that HaloITSM needs to know is the location of SCCM server, and it handles the rest for you. Click on the Import/Sync button, and let HaloITSM take care of the rest.
