Although HaloITSM includes all features, there are 4 addons, which have an additional cost associated – asset discovery, remote control, live chat and self-service password reset.

Do we have to pay extra for assets?

Unlike many of our competitors, you don’t have to pay any extra for assets. Unlimited assets are included in the same monthly price.

Is there a cost per end user?

There is no cost for end users. You can support unlimited end users in HaloITSM without any additional cost

Do you offer a non-profit discount?

Yes, there is 15% discount for all charities, educational institutions and non-profit organisations.

Are integrations included in the price?

Can we request a demonstration of your software?

Absolutely, we offer either remote demos of the software or we can come on site and show you HaloITSM. To request a demo, go to our Demo Page

Do you offer professional services?

A big part of HaloITSM is the level of service that you receive alongside the software. We offer implementation packages, which involve a HaloITSM consultant coming on site and getting you up and running with the new solution. HaloITSM is intuitive to configure, so the implementation will normally only take around a week.

Do you offer scalable prices for larger service desks?

We offer flexible pricing for larger service desks and also an Enterprise model, which includes unlimited licences. Get in touch and talk to one of our sales team about your project.

Do you offer long term contracts?

We offer long term contracts as well as the monthly subscriptions. Just get in touch, to discuss your requirements and we will build you a price.

What support do you offer during the trial?
